  • is a technique I can teach you to do yourself, so you can use it whenever you need it!

I use EFT with clients and students specifically to relieve anxieties and fears, promote successful weight loss by addressing emotional triggers that lead to overeating, remove blocks to creativity, dissolve fear of public speaking, improve career performance and personal potential, and release stress from every area of life.

What can I expect in a private session? In private sessions, we look at the stresses that most concern you, and discover the handwriting on your internal walls that keeps you stuck in limiting patterns and beliefs. You will learn the process of EFT while, together, we gently erase the old messages from parents, school, and society. Now you are free to write new, empowering messages on your walls, ones that you have chosen yourself!

This process can result in permanent improvements to chronic conditions, habitual behaviours, fear-related issues, and problems that have not responded well to other methods. Stresses of one kind or another very often underlie chronic problems we experience in our lives, and contribute to rapid aging and deterioration. EFT is considered one of the leading stress-reduction techniques in the world and has helped thousands of people in many countries.

You CAN Lose Weight and Keep it Off
is a series of 8 weekly classes. Each week we work with a different aspect of emotional overeating, including cravings, self-talk, body image, limiting beliefs, comfort zones and self sabotage, resistance, situational triggers, self-empathy and positive installs. We discuss the effects of food and chemical sensitivities on overeating, and, depending on the class, there may be a section on the special considerations of being a Highly Sensitive Person. Classes feature a supportive group environment while you learn to eliminate the subconscious limiting beliefs that make you overeat. Once these triggers are addressed, successful weight loss can occur without feelings of deprivation, stress or cravings.
