Are you tired of wearing glasses or contacts?
Do your eyes feel sore and strained after using the computer?
Have you had laser surgery and worry that your vision is starting to go downhill again?
Do you want to have good eyesight all your life?
Are you starting to need reading glasses?
Do you sometimes have trouble hitting a ball accurately?

These are some of the reasons people choose to learn Natural Vision Improvement.

For most people who wear prescription lenses, it is not our eyes that are the problem, it is our vision habits. Poor vision habits make us squint and tense the muscles in and around the eyes. Mental tension and lifestyle stress also play a role, as does inadequate nutrition and exercise.

Natural Vision Improvement teaches you how to relax your eyes, mind and body with specific vision activities to release poor habits and help you shift into natural good vision.

If you would like to know more about what you can expect from a class or lesson, please go to the Testimonials page and read the letter from Marie M or go to the Newsletter page and read the June 12 article.

FAQ’s

How long does it take?

NVI is a practice of self-responsible health. When you learn the vision improvement activities and practice them daily, you can have good results in a few weeks. But the human body and mind are not machines. Many factors are involved in shifting old beliefs and habits, including nutrition, willingness to recognize and release stuck emotional patterns, stress levels, exercise and movement, and working with resistance. As with all natural processes, we cannot say, “The delivery date is next Tuesday at noon.”  The real answer is, it takes as long as it takes. Or as short!

Will it fix my eyes?

As mentioned above, unless you have a medically-diagnosed condition, there is usually nothing wrong with your eyes, so there’s nothing to “fix.” The problem is with your vision habits. Almost everyone with vision problems can improve by learning better vision habits. (Unless they really don’t want to…)

Are you a doctor? Is this a medical treatment? Do you prescribe new glasses?

No. For medical questions, please consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist. I am a teacher.
However, much of what we do in Natural Vision Education developed out of the work of Dr. William Bates, an ophthalmologist who practiced in New York in the early 1900's. Dr. Bates was able to help thousands of patients improve their eyesight and see clearly without glasses by releasing their habits of mental stress and the tension in their eye muscles.
