A series of 8 weekly classes. This series is run at intervals throughout the year. You can also arrange to take it as a series of private sessions.

Diets don't work because they don't address the subconscious beliefs that make us overeat.

In this series of 8 weekly sessions, learn a simple Energy Therapy technique (EFT), and:

- achieve your ideal weight without feeling deprived
- identify and release emotional themes that can block and reverse weight loss
- minimize stress in all areas of your life

You will learn to use EFT, a gentle, non-invasive Energy Therapy technique, to minimize stress in all areas of your life and neutralize the “drivers” that keep you stuck.
